Arbitrator Tian Jian is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Law at the University of Economics, Ho Chi Minh City. He is also a Partner at TAHOTA Law Firm (泰和泰律师事务所), one of the leading law firms in China.

With nearly 20 years of working experience in Vietnam, Mr. Tian Jian has held senior management positions at major corporations such as Davis-Lee Hongkong, TCL, and OPPLE, gaining extensive experience. He specializes in mediation, commercial arbitration, and resolving commercial and real estate disputes in both Vietnam and China.

As an Arbitrator at VTA, Mr. Tian Jian has actively contributed to promoting alternative dispute resolution (ADR) methods and participating in key VTA activities, especially in the Chinese market. He is well-versed and highly experienced in resolving commercial disputes through mediation and arbitration for businesses and investors from China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macau in Vietnam.

越南商贾仲裁中心任命大中华区合作发展经理

越南商贾仲裁中心（VTA）欣然宣布，自2024年11月15日起，任命仲裁员田吉安（Tian Jian）担任大中华区合作发展经理。

田吉安仲裁员目前是胡志明市经济大学法学博士研究生，并且是泰和泰律师事务所（TAHOTA）的合伙人律师，泰和泰律师事务所是中国领先的律师事务所之一。

田吉安先生在越南工作近20年，曾在Davis-Lee Hongkong、TCL和OPPLE等大型集团公司担任高级管理职务，积累了丰富的经验。他专注于在越南和中国进行民事、不动产领域的调解、商事仲裁及纠纷解决。

作为越南商贾仲裁中心的仲裁员，田吉安先生积极推动选择性纠纷解决方式（ADR），并参与VTA的重要活动，尤其是在中国市场。他在通过调解和仲裁为中国、香港、台湾、澳门的企业和投资者解决商事纠纷方面具有深厚的知识和丰富的经验。

The Vietnam Trade Arbitration Center (VTA) is responsible for organizing and coordinating the resolution of business disputes through institutional arbitration, with jurisdiction over disputes including: (i) disputes arising from commercial activities between parties; (ii) disputes involving at least one party engaged in commercial activities; and (iii) disputes as prescribed by law to be resolved by arbitration.
