Strengthening International Cooperation 2024 – 2026
The goal of establishing international partnerships, particularly with regional international arbitration centers, is to enhance VTA's capacity for resolving international disputes as it progresses into the next phase of development, in line with the evolving landscape of dispute resolution in Asia.
Over the past six years since its establishment, the Vietnam Traders Arbitration Centre (VTA) has remained steadfast in its philosophy, mission, and core values. VTA has worked tirelessly alongside other arbitration centers and the arbitration community to promote alternative dispute resolution (ADR) methods in Vietnam. Through consistent practice, reflection, and refinement, VTA has mastered the organization and coordination of arbitration activities for dispute resolution within the country. The center has also built a team of seasoned arbitrators with extensive experience in handling disputes, not only at VTA but also at various domestic arbitration centers.
The year 2024 marks the beginning of VTA's plan to strengthen international relations from 2024 to 2026. The goal of establishing international partnerships, particularly with regional international arbitration centers, is to enhance VTA's capacity for resolving international disputes as it progresses into the next phase of development, in line with the evolving landscape of dispute resolution in Asia.
